New Department Launch

Aldridge Brownlee are pleased to launch the new "Business Services and Commercial Property" department. This department is headed by Julian Alahakoon who is an Associate Solicitor and Notary Public.
Over the last few years Aldridge Brownlee has expanded its business and commercial services.
They now offer many commercial services for clients including the:-

- buying and selling of all types of businesses (including both assets or share transactions)
- formation of companies, Limited Liability Partnerships and Partnerships
- preparation and negotiation of Shareholder Agreements
- buying and selling Commercial Property
- preparation and negotiation of Commercial Leases
- Licensing applications and variations
- Notary Public services for international businesses
