Article date: 30.09.10

Julian Alahakoon, the firm's Notary Public, has recently been elected by his peers to become a National Committee Member of the Notaries Society.  This Committee consists of 24 notaries (out of the around 800 notaries in England and Wales).  He is the youngest ever committee member.

The role of the Committee is to promote and govern the Notary profession in England and Wales and abroad.  It will mean regular high profile meetings including a forthcoming lunch with the current President of the Law Society and other distinguished guests.  Julian's role as a Notary Public makes him one of the most qualified and in demand legal professions in Dorset.  In the last 18 months he has completed over 300 notarial acts for use abroad in over 40 different countries.
